Sorell Fruit Farm
A wide range of berries from strawberries to raspberries, tayberries, boysenberries, cherries, loganberries, silvanberries and blackcurrants – at least some are in season from late October to May. Pick your own, take a self-guided tour, and then stop at the café for a Devonshire tea or berry ice cream.

 

Salamanca Place (Salamanca Market)
Stroll along the 1830's sandstone warehouse that is home to galleries, studios, restaurants and cafes. Not to be missed is the Salamanca Market, which opens every Saturday from 8.30am to 3 pm.

 

Mt Wellington
Crowned by alpine vegetation and dusted by snow in the winter, Mt Wellington allows visitors to glimpse the unfolding panorama of Hobart’s river, suburbs, towns and vast waterways.

 

Bonorong Wildlife Park

Enjoy a pleasant stroll into the past as you wander through the lush history of Tasmania’s Huon Valley. Learn about Tasmania 's apple industry from its humble beginnings in 1836 include demonstrations on our commercial apple peeling & coring machine (patented 1909) which is capable of peeling and coring up to 30 apples per minute.

 

Tahune Forest Reserve
Take a stroll high above the forest canopy at Tahune AirWalk offering a bird’s eye view of Tasmania’s unique tree species including the leatherwood tree and forest life. Then walk below on a forest circuit with swinging bridges over wild rivers.

 

Huon Jet

41 Degrees South Aquaculture
Self guided tour combines viewing salmon farm, flora and fauna plus learning about the ways in which they interact with this unique ecosystem. Key attractions are the fish farm itself, a ginseng plantation, aquaponics facility and walks through a natural and man-made wetland with dragonflies, frogs, birds, fish, platypus and nature trails. Produce 800 bottles a day of 29 different sauces, mustards, relishes, chutneys and jams and use only Tasmanian produce. The tasting centre has a wide range on offer, from the tingle of raspberry chilli sauce to the explosive flavour of tomato kasoundi or the lure of traditional chocolate sauce.

 

Pipers Brook Vineyard
Wine tasting and lunch. The winery is one of Australia's leading producers of cool-climate wines and is the home of Vintage Pirie, described by international food and wine writers on its release in 1996 as Australia's greatest sparkling wine. The winery has interesting architecture, natural cellars for barrel storage, and sparkling wine cellars.

Day 1 - Depart for Hobart

 

Day 2 - Arrival to Melbourne/Hobart (B/L/D)

  • Arrival Melbourne early morning, transfer to Melbourne hotel for a rest.
  • Transfer to airport for domestic flight to  Hobart after breakfast.
  • Arrival Hobart, proceed for lunch at Barilla Bay Oysters.
  • Visit Sorell Fruit Farm.
  • Proceed to Tas Live Abalone. After that check in Hotel than proceed for dinner.

 

Day 3 - Hobart (B/L/D)
